Sunday’s Wonderful Basketball Workout

..basketball still holds a very special place in Wonder’s heart.. Of course he’s not as young and athletic as he once was..but..he still manages to show flashes of his once remarkable jumping ability..This past Sunday Wonder let us stay around for an extended look at his weekend shoot around..
Wonder says that basketball is a Wonderful full body workout that you should definitely implement in your weekly routine.

Flashback Friday w/ Latoya Alexander & WonderTees

..back in 2007 WonderTees and Latoya Alexander teamed up to shoot w/ celebrity photographer Felix Natal jr. The results from the shoot went on to become Wonder’s main advertisement for WonderTees.. a hand crafted custom line of T-shirts..
We decided to compile a few unreleased images from that shoot that we’ve had in the vault..We hope you enjoy’em

Wonderful shootaround Workout

Basketball is a #WonderfulWorkout
..Wonder recently took the “Handycam” out to Jackson Courts to share just a small portion of his shooting routine..
A little bit of everything is on display in this video..the jumper was definitely falling..Wonder also shows off his George Gervin “Iceman” style finger roll..
Jackson courts with its picturesque atmosphere allows for full concentration to be placed on getting the game right..
and that’s what the Wonderful workout is all about..

Start your Monday 30-40 mins earlier than the other days

This will actually give you a head start on the entire week..***Think about that for a sec..

This also means that Sunday night should be a cool out night..can’t “Turn Up”..
